Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Sam's Pawn Shop's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Description

Sam's Pawn Shop provides pawn loan services, item sales, layaway programs, and related financial services. All services are subject to applicable state and federal regulations.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must provide valid government-issued identification
• Must be the legal owner of items being pawned
• Must not be under any legal restrictions
• Must provide accurate and complete information

Pawn Loan Terms

Loan Process

• Items are appraised by our professional staff
• Loan amounts are based on item value and condition
• Interest rates and fees comply with state regulations
• Repayment terms are clearly explained before agreement
• Items are securely stored during loan period

Repayment and Default

• Loans must be repaid within the agreed timeframe
• Extensions may be available with additional fees
• Defaulted items may be sold to recover loan amount
• Any surplus from sale is returned to customer

Item Sales

• We purchase items at fair market value
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated
• Items must be in the condition described
• Payment is made immediately upon agreement
• We reserve the right to refuse any item

Layaway Program

• Minimum deposit required to reserve items
• Payment plans are flexible and interest-free
• Items are held securely until fully paid
• Default may result in forfeiture of payments
• Refunds available for cancelled layaways

Prohibited Items

We do not accept the following items:

• Stolen or illegally obtained items
• Items with removed or altered serial numbers
• Counterfeit or replica items
• Items that violate copyright or trademark laws
• Hazardous materials or weapons (without proper permits)

Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and security. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

Sam's Pawn Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by law.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Georgia law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of Spalding County, Georgia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
